Second conversion of the day

26 Feb. 09 - I welcomed Alan James Duffy, from Luton, who arrived at my office few minutes before the lunch break. On top of that, I welcomed his intention to embrace Islam and told me that he did a lot of reading previously and confirm his self willingness to declare the faith. Allah is Great, and with a clear pronunciation of the shahadah, he's the newest brother in Islam. Let's hope that he'll be receiving the right guidance to become a good muslim, for surely he'll be needing a lot of support to achieve it. He choosed by himself to be called, Illias Aziz, as his muslim name, although I did mention to him that it's totally not an obligation to do it, as it'll not change his personal details. It is simply because, if you're a muslim, you're a muslim, and just having the names that carry good meaning in Arabic, doesn't actually indicates of justify that you're muslim. It is actions that matters and not just cliches or mottos. Again, Praise is due to Allah and let's welcome him to Islam.
