Attending the Islamic Counselling Course

28 Feb - 2 March 09 - The 3 days course that I've attended was very inspiring and open up new thoughts. The course was organized by Markfield Institute of Higher Learning. It's a very focus, as it's only cater for 11 participants, and put more and deeper weight on practical sessions. It took place at London Muslim Centre at Whitechapel. As for additional note, I've got a chance to get to know other participants, my British brothers and sisters, and thanks to them, as I did learn a lot from their experiences too. I always find it useful and beneficial to be able to meet and mix people from different backgrounds, perspectives and professions. For example, two of them are the chaplain for muslims prisoners in prison. Thanks to MSD for the chance given, and will very much chanelled the knowledge for the benefit of all.
