My colleague, Ustaz Hasrizal Abdul Jamil (saifulislam.com) uploaded this song of us, which was recorded back in Jordan in 1994. I was in my final year at that time, to which I missed the album launching and was already back in Malaysia, as it only took place in 1995. The song 'Nostalgia Tanah Suci' has been composed by Ustaz Hasrizal himself. He was actively into writing and producing songs. On top of that, he's a great singer too. We've performed it on several occasions in Jordan but the kick off eventually commenced at Madinah, during our umrah tour in 1993. The photos taken is during one of the recording session at a studio in Jubeiha, Amman, right next to my university, University of Jordan. I'm sure Ustaz Hasrizal still remember the struggle to raise the money and fund for this project. If I'm not mistaken, there were times when we had to do the recording during heavy snow falls, and the first half an hour in that studion, we couldn't do anything apart from drying up our clothes. Time wise is stringent, the cost of 15 Jordanian Dinar for one hour studio usage was quite reasonable, though it's kinda 'big' for us back then. Thanks again to Ustaz Hasrizal. Who knows Ustaz Hasrizal, we might team up again for the song. Let's not rule out any possibilities shall we. We surely miss those days :)
