Mawlid Talk, PERWAKILAN

25 Feb 2010 - I've been invited again by PERWAKILAN London, to deliver a talk during their celebration of Mawlid session. The event took place at MSD and I'm honoured to be part of it since 2007. My talk circled around the topic communication between The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and women. It is essential for the women to understand and properly addressed on how their full rights have been given in Islam. It is vital for them to know that Islam appreciates women in all cases. There's nothing, and not a single thing that Islam does, disgracing women, rather Islam with its ordains and prohibitons engaging women, uplift the great image of women. And at the same time, it is the duty of muslim men to offer protection, warmth, courtesy, comfort and modesty to the women.There's a lot to share, yet the one hour time given faded without I noticed. Again, thanks to PERWAKILAN for the invitation and this event enhace our love and remembrance to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
