'Kerjasama' or cooperation may come as one off and appear due to benefit based, but 'kerja bersama' or working together ensures continuity of harmony in any organisation. when you apply the concept of cooperation, you might feel that you'll be involved whenever you're needed. You might as well no longer required to be in present should that particular task or issue solved. But the concept of 'working together' works differently. It ensures so many aspects will be there all the times such as the sense of belonging in any team or organisation, create an environment that there's no such thing call 'one man show', team work is not just cliche, everybody is important to everybody regardless their status and their possession in the organisation's chart, two ways and multi ways of communication with respect and recognition, togetherness and appreciate the contribution of each regardless the size of it, the process of learning and improvising within and between each other, giving comments in the most developmental mode, taking critics and responses in the most positive attributes, the success will shared and credited to all, and the failure will be answerable by all, the superiors will excel with his or her responsible superiority, and the subordinates will always deliver the best in any conditions. All these consist in the concept of working together or 'Kerja Bersama'.
